About the Role
Noblis MSD is seeking candidates with experience with the Navy to work as a Manpower, Personnel, and Training Coordinator supporting U.S. Navy ships that are undergoing Pre-commissioning. Responsibilities will include:
Pre-commissioning crew support.
Using a tailored MP&T WAN application, manage in-house programs/processes used to monitor training requirements; review Enlisted Distribution and Verification Report for ships’ manpower/manning status; track prospective gains on PCS Orders; create individual training tracks; provide school quota management; document completed and future training schedules.
Act as a liaison with the Navy learning centers and contractors' provided sites to coordinate crew training.
Be able to communicate effectively.
Prepare and submit periodic status reports and a comprehensive end-of-training report as a measure of crew training accomplishments in preparation for a successful crew certification.
Requirements
Required skills and knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience, or Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of experience, or high school and 6 years of experience.
Prior Navy experience.
Knowledge of navy ranks and ratings.
Functional knowledge of MS Office suite.
Secret clearance
