About the Role
Supervise Jefferson Lab unarmed security service subcontractor operations to ensure high quality and cost effectiveness.
Implement effective methods and procedures to achieve and sustain high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Oversee personnel involved in the daily maintenance and quality assurance of deployed physical security systems.
Assist the manager with development and maintenance of assigned Safeguards and Security Program (S&S) plans, procedures and associated training courses.
Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
Develop and manage effective special event plans to ensure appropriate security and safety measures are taken to mitigate operational risks.
