CHRIS ALBRIGHT

Originally from Nebraska, Chris enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1993 directly out of high school. As a career infantry Marine Chris’ assignments included Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion 1st Marines; Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines; Marine Security Guard Detachment Commander in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Shanghai, China; 2nd Battalion 1st Marines; and Marine Barracks Washington, DC where he finished his career serving for a year as the Marine Corps Funeral Director. Chris retired from active duty in June of 2013.

Upon retirement from military service Chris opened CMIT Solutions of Centreville in Northern Virginia. As a local owner for a nationwide franchise Chris and his team at CMIT Solutions provides IT managed services for small and medium sized businesses across Northern Virginia.

Chris continues to serve the local community through active participation in multiple organizations. He is currently serving as the Sergeant at Arms for the Gainesville-Haymarket Rotary Club and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as previous Chairman for the DRCC Young Professionals Committee. He continues to strive to help other Marines and veterans in any way possible through membership with the National Marine Corps Business Network, an organization focused on helping Marines make business connections and the Concerned Veterans for America. Chris has been a member of the Marine Executive Association since 2011.

Chris spends his spare time with his wife Kim their two sons and three dogs.
