Success Story: MICHAEL J. ZANG

Good Afternoon,

I'm Corporal Michael J. Zang with the South Carolina Highway Patrol Recruiting and Employment Unit. I have looked at our current applicants and future applicants and have come up with the following results:

Our current patrol class which started training in July 2013 has 2 marines enrolled.

Our class which we are currently processing for them to start training in January 2014 has 6 Marines.

These are just the numbers of those who have served as US Marines. I'm not sure if they were sent through the office of MEA.

I believe we have excellent success in hiring the great man and woman who serve in any of branches of the US Military. They have the training, knowledge and discipline that assists in the ability to transition to the Law Enforcement field.
