We are not merely a job board or a recruiting service: we are dedicated to providing proactive assistance for veterans and their families with their transition back into the civilian workplace.
We offer a personalized service to make sure companies can reach out to this audience of exiting military professionals, their spouses and dependents, DoD employees and contractors, retirees, National Guard active/inactive and veterans that have left the military and are already in the civilian workforce looking to advance their careers.
We partner with hiring companies to promote their open jobs throughout our network in various ways. We list all jobs on the Military-Civilian Careers Directory, which is free to view for any candidate. We share job descriptions with transition centers at military bases, vet reps, and military-oriented websites as well as general job sites such as SimplyHired, Indeed.com, etc. More than 7500 people subscribe to our "Hot Jobs" e-newsletter, which lists all these open jobs, plus information about upcoming job fairs and events throughout the nation. All jobs are shared in our LinkedIn group and on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and our blog.
