About the MEA

The Marine Executive Association is a national, volunteer, non-profit organization of former and current active duty Marines. Our membership is composed of Marines from all ranks and MOSs who have agreed to contribute their civilian job hunting and hiring experiences to fellow Marines.
We provide assistance to Marines transitioning from active duty to reserve/retired status, leaving the Corps at the end of obligated service or moving from one civilian career to another.
NOTE: The MEA does not place Marines in jobs; however, through our network of “Marines helping Marines” we assist transitioning Marines toward their future.
Transition assistance includes:
  • Resume review
  • Job hunting tips and tools
  • Job posting by employers
  • Resume posting by Marines
  • Resume and interview coaching by volunteer Marine
The MEA provides a weekly E-Mail list of newly posted jobs (for Marines) and resumes (for employers).
