Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities:

A.    Manage Task Order operations, to include but not limited to the planning, implementation, and management of TO activities and resources.

B.     Implement program strategies to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations in accordance with the TO requirements.

C.     Provide leadership, management, and direction, in coordination with the PM, for TO Contractor personnel.

D.    Coordinate with Corporate management in developing professional relationships with Embassy personnel including, but not limited to:

  1. Chief of Mission (COM) personnel
  2. Regional Security Officer (RSO) and RSO staff
  3. Private security personnel working for the Department or other Government agencies
  4. U.S. and foreign diplomatic personnel
  5. Foreign security personnel
  6. Host nation law enforcement

E.     Ensure timely and accurate reporting, as outlined in the TO and in this contract.

Qualifications:

A.    Must be a U.S. citizen.

B.     Must possess either:

  1. A Master’s degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of applicable work experience.

a.       A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.

b.      A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  1. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of applicable work experience.

a.       A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.

b.      A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  1. An Associate’s degree from an accredited institution and thirteen (13) years of applicable work experience.

a.       A minimum of ten (10) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.

b.      A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  1. Fifteen (15) years of applicable work experience providing services on WPS III and/or any of its predecessor contracts or other DS-related security program.

a.       A minimum of ten (10) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.

b.      A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  1. Possession of a PMP certification (www.pmi.org) will be considered to be equivalent to possessing two (2) years of applicable work experience.

C.     Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ,

D.    Attend and successfully complete the non-protective security specialist (NPSS) training course, as specified in WPS III IDIQ, Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance as required by the TO.

E.     Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable TO.
