Crossroads is seeking a highly-qualified Regional Manager to support the Marine Corps Distance Learning Program Learning Resource Center (MCDLP LRC).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures computer system resources are used effectively.
Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems.
Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.
Provides users with computer output.
Supervises staff operations.
Perform all Tasks and Duties specified in MCDLP SOP

Education/Certification/Experience:
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of Program Management Experience
PMP Certification
