CACI is seeking a Readiness Analyst to provide direct support for Aviation repair and maintenance teams supporting active Carrier Groups. You will Interact daily with the CNAL Staff and active carriers and Shore Support units in support of the USFFC Naval Forces Logistics efforts in Norfolk, VA.
More About The Role:
Provide NALCOMIS training as necessary to Organizational and Intermediate activities by electronic communication or on site visit.
Monitor Ashore and Afloat activities replication status to ensure maintenance data is transmitted up line to DECK PLATE in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in providing assistance and resolutions for fleet trouble calls in support of NALCOMIS Organizational and Intermediate applications.
Provide subject matter expert input in the development and implementation of Navy Maintenance, Repair, and Overall (NMRO) Maintenance Information System.
Assist with testing of new software upgrades/patches on Maintenance Information Systems prior to release to the Fleet.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide direct support Aviation repair and maintenance teams supporting active Carrier Groups.
Interact daily within the CNAL Staff and active carriers and Shore Support units.
Act as Single point of contact to Readiness Officer as a Carrier Readiness advocated in development of specifications for new support
elements of Commander Naval Air Forces aircraft.
Attend and participate in critical design reviews.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely delivery of all newly assigned systems.
Provide recommendations for effective and efficient control of reallocation and custody of all in use support elements
Participate in evaluation and analysis of the design and operational effectiveness of auxiliary equipment utilized.
Liaison within the staff on actions to resolve technical and logistic deficiencies.
Provide technical guidance for all matters concerning aviation maintenance logistic elements.
Conduct site visits to provide direct technical assistance and advice.
Participate in readiness review conferences.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have an active DOD Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
As a substitute for the degree, (7) seven years of hands-on experience in a combination of US NAVY automated supply/maintenance management may be utilized. Training related to the degree substitute provided at Navy schools is considered hands-on experience.
In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Senior Supply Analyst should have seven years of experience in US NAVY automated supply, logistics, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of the automated supply systems;
Must have two years of experience as a senior-level analyst and a supervisor.
Must have experience with NALCOMIS, ERP, ERMS, IMFORM 21, and Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Access).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related work experience.
Former Navy or Marine Corps Senior Logistics Systems Analyst highly desired.
