Role Description: Support an organization that’s providing a solution to aid domestic violence survivors, veteran homeless, and medically afflicted individuals through housing and medical services. While aiding your fellow man, enjoy the New York City experience, while receiving full benefits and being a teammate of a growing company.


As the Operations Manager, you will lead the opening of different facilities throughout New York City and its suburbs, meeting the needs of these disadvantaged communities. Utilizing Developer and Investor guidance, you will layout the project implementation plan for the development of the company’s facilities. You will directly report the CEO and evaluate the most significant needs within an area and develop a project plan to service that demographic.


The Operations Manager will conduct research and utilize in-house guidance to build and finalize the plan. They will then execute the implementation; coordinate with contractors, medical personnel, and ancillary services to open these new facilities. The Operations Manager will also have to coordinate with local and state governments and government officials up to and including the Mayor of New York City.


This growing company is seeking strong leaders to support the continued expansion of services, currently based in NYC, with expectations to move into different regions and states. You will report to the CEO and have an opportunity to grow with this organization.

Location:  New York City, New York & Dutchess County

Travel:  20-75% Travel, Mostly City, All CONUS


Pay Range: $85,000 – $95,000


Qualifications (Hard Skills):

  • Leadership Experience – Minimum of a High School Degree, with 6+ years of Leadership Experience
  • Operational Experience – Minimum eight years of Active or Reserve/National Guard military Experience
  • Property Management – Minimum four years of stakeholder management, project planning, research, and implementation
  • Transportation – Ability to travel throughout the City, willingness to facilitate the opening of new buildings in different regions
