CACI seeks a senior Mission Operations Support & Threat Analysis (MOS&TA) Lead to join our Advanced Solutions Group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector. As the MOS&TA lead, you’ll work directly for a Department Director supporting a variety of critical signals intelligence and electronic warfare technology development programs and be responsible for leading a team in the mission operations and threat analysis support for hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of customer solutions. You’ll manage a team of dedicated MOS&TA professionals matrixed as Team Leads to technology development programs and provide mentorship and career path counseling. You’ll lead your team to develop the overarching approach to manage all aspects of mission operations support and threat analysis for the program teams, to include a global mission operations support plan, integration of industry and military best MOS&TA practices, and collaboration across the program teams as well as among multiple corporate business groups.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead a team of talented MOS&TA professionals to deliver on all proposal and contract requirements in the MOS&TA domain for supported programs
Mentor your team to grow and develop, coordinate resourcing needs with your program team leads and senior leadership, and identify areas of strategic skillset or operational importance in the MOS&TA domain along with associated funding recommendations
Ensure expert teams support deployed systems to maximize operational value and build customer confidence and satisfaction
Support program teams in understanding system hardware/software development, new capabilities in work, and monitor deployed system health and status per contract requirements
Support senior reviews of detailed requirements for the operational implementation of systems under development per contract requirements
Conduct comprehensive business process re-engineering analysis and plans for the MOS&TA approach to ensure a cost-effective support approaches for programs are implemented
Enable your teams to work closely with both development and production teams to ensure MOS&TA needs are properly addressed early in the program lifecycles and maintained throughout product life
Collaborate closely with integrated program teams to understand fielded system support, training materials and events, and sparing methodology/approach, and assist in training as required
Provide subject matter expert support to technical design and process reviews as programs require
Provide assessments and recommendations for improving mission operations and threat analysis support tools to be used on the development programs and assess for commonality across the division
Develop solutions and provide recommendations for MOS&TA system enhancements and improvements across the division
Prepare presentations and conduct briefings with both government program and internal corporate leadership at various levels as required by the programs and senior leadership
Be an MOS&TA senior thought leader both internally to the company and externally to customers
Bring lessons learned from other MOS&TA programs into the development programs and share lessons learned with other emerging company business development pursuits
Coordinate with Signals Analysis and cross-sector intelligence teams to ensure operational value of deployed systems is maximized, to include managing internal company operational and threat collaboration forums as required
Ensure your teams are supporting customer operations and system administrator personnel and supporting periodic software upgrades in a common and efficient manner
Coordinate with teams to ensure Program Management is informed of system status across program portfolios
Support customer courses of action development for potential additional deployments of systems to maximize operational value
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in the Engineering field or related MOS&TA business discipline
8+ years of leadership experience in a combination of technical analysis, intelligence analysis, mission operations support, or threat analysis and support
Deep understanding of global military operational systems, analysis methods and approaches
In-depth experience in the use of DoD operational mission systems
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with UAS signals analysis
Experience providing briefings to senior company officers and customers
Collaboration across business lines to effectuate business outcomes that result in improved capability delivery to customers
