Position Title:  MAGTF Current Operations Support, I MEF G3

 Position Location:  Camp Pendleton, CA

 Employment Status:  Full time (exempt) employee with competitive benefits package contingent upon contract award

 Position Description:  II Corps Consultants, Inc. is seeking experienced staff officers to provide I MEF G3 with operational planning support.  Assists in the design, planning, and coordination of crisis action planning, continuity of operations, personnel recovery, and rapid force deployment for both exercises and real world events.  Integrates OPLAN/CONPLAN requirements into the actions of current exercises  Supports management of I MEF monthly DRRS reports.

Job Requirements (minimum):  Secret Clearance, in JPAS/DSS required. The ideal fit for this position is a veteran with experience in the Marine Corps serving on a general officer level staff.  Extensive experience in operations at the MAGTF level.  Experience using DRRS at the MSE level and above.  Able to lead planning teams, implement COOP plans, and assist in rapid force deployment (both drills and real world events).  Firm understanding of Marine Corps Planning Process in a crisis action context.

Highly Desired Skills:  The candidate should have experience developing products, briefs, orders, and policy at the 3 star staff level.  This includes participating in operational planning teams (OPT) and working groups to solve military problems. Familiarity with personnel recovery.  Able to plan, coordinate, and facilitate conferences, working groups, and meetings to support rapid force deployment, COOP, PR, and crisis action planning.
