Position Title:  Live Virtual Constructive Training Environment (LVC-TE) SME, I MEF G3

 Position Location:  Camp Pendleton, CA

 Employment Status:  Full time (exempt) employee with competitive benefits package contingent upon contract award

 Position Description:  II Corps Consultants, Inc. is seeking experienced staff officers to provide I MEF G3 with support in employment and coordination of LVC-TE systems.  Assists in exercise design to integrate LVC-TE and coordinates with EOTG, BSC, and TSD to facilitate exercises. Develops and delivers training in the use of LVC-TE systems.  Assists with collecting information and recommendations for future system development, upgrades, and changes.

Job Requirements (minimum):  Secret Clearance, in JPAS/DSS required. The ideal fit for this position is a veteran with experience in operating LVC-TE systems and developing exercise scenarios to train MAGTFs.  Must know how to integrate USMC C4I systems into LVC-TE to provide realistic training experiences.   Firm understanding of Marine Corps Planning Process.

Highly Desired Skills:  The candidate should have experience working on a MAGTF or MSE staff developing products, briefs, orders, and policy.  This includes participating in operational planning teams (OPT) and working groups to solve military problems. Experience with exercise management to include Joint Exercise Life Cycle events to include coordination higher, adjacent, and coalition planners.  Can write exercise scenarios, develop and execute Master Scenario Events Lists, as well as manage “dynamic scripting.”  First hand experience supporting units with MTWS and/or CACCTUS.  Familiar with LVC-TE program acquisitions, USMC M&S, and PMTRASYS.
