• Position available 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
• Rotating Schedule; 20 hour work week.

In our long-term care facility you would perform duties of a Licensed Practical Nurse in planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned resident care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards.  In doing so, you will have the ability to improve our resident’s quality of life by providing the best care possible.

Qualifications:

• PA residency currently waived for this title.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Necessary Special Requirements - Possession of a current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Practice Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing; or possession of a non-renewable temporary practice permit issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• Condition of Employment - Require that employees possessing non-renewable temporary practice permits must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one year period as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
