Due to rapid growth, Moda Moving is seeking to add a professional, dedicated and driven inside sales professional to our staff.

Inside Sales Consultant Overview: We want your help creating RAVING customer fans! The Inside Sales Consultant is primarily responsible for the overall sales and margin growth for leads they are assigned as well and their self-generated business. This is accomplished through superior customer care for our external and internal customers. Excellent lead and estimate follow-up is essential along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently able to work assigned weekly schedule:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with the intent to close the sale
  • Develop strong partnership with Outside Sales and on-site scheduling
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Increase profitability of the sale by selling products and upgrade services
  • Urgency and consistency with all leads and estimates with customers
  • Provide customers with excellent customer care
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Attend daily, weekly, monthly team meetings as assigned
  • Regular and accurate communication with Inside Sales, Outside Sales partners, Operations and Administration
  • Maintain knowledge of tariffs and moving standards of practice
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow company policies and procedures, operating hours and disciplines

Job Requirement:

  • High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong keyboard abilities
  • Consultative/Solution based selling and closing skills
  • Phone presence that is persuasive and influential
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Active listening skills
  • Collaborative approach to team building with all personnel and departments: professional and courteous at all times
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work assigned weekly schedule that includes 1 Saturday per month or as assigned
