Job Description:


Lead and grow the Program Management Office (PMO) U.S. Special Operations Command portfolio within Wireless Solutions division of the LGS Labs operating group. Create and grow program opportunities derived from portfolio programs that support our customers’ missions and address technical needs of the special operations forces (SOF) community. Serve as the PMO senior leadership interface with Engineering Center, Technology Center, and Global Solutions Technical Operations (GSTO) constituents while reporting directly to the Vice President of Programs.


Job Description


Lead, mentor and grow a talented team of Program Managers and Project Managers whose focus is to develop and deliver best in world technical solutions in support of the SOCOM portfolio

Manage and expand a portfolio of programs to support the evolving mission requirements of the DoD Special Operations Force Community

Perform steady in-person customer engagement to identify and create new opportunities

Identify and track market-specific needs, develop strategic direction, and implement a strategy for technology investment; facilitate white papers and proposal development as opportunities arise; coordinate pursuits with the business development team

Contribute to and refine technological roadmaps that anticipate customer vision

Leverage sector and CACI-wide capabilities to offer a full range of technical options

Lead program execution and brief results to senior leadership as required

Skills and Knowledge:


Strategic and visionary thinker who possesses strong emotional intelligence

Experience serving as a program lead for geographically disparate, multidisciplinary teammates

Intimate knowledge of the U.S. Special Operations Command enterprise – HQS, Components, and Theaters SOCs and their respective Title 10 authorities; fiscal year budgets, POM cycles and Programs of Record

Extensive understanding of deployed wireless solutions, demonstrated grasp of complex software and hardware integrated systems, training and sustainment, and IR&D investment impact

Ability to pivot thinking from Counterterrorism/Counterinsurgency to Peer/Near Peer environmental requirements

Leverage and translate emerging technologies into new and innovative Concept of Operations (CONOPS)

Distill complex technological information into comprehensible narratives for non-technical audiences

Professional presence along with written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

Perform business case analysis, go to market strategy, and make rational Go/No-Go recommendations

Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills that grow talent

Education and Experience:


Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Development, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management, developing solutions that directly impact customer mission requirements

Considerable experience in developing and delivering technical solutions to meet counterterrorism and counterinsurgency requirements

Minimum: Active TS/SCI clearance
