Job Title:  Deployed Counter-Corruption Research Analyst /Advisor (All-source Intelligence)

Experience Level:  Expert

Location:  Afghanistan (100% deployed OCONUS/ 1 year long deployment)

Clearance:  TS/SCI

Quiet Professionals, LLC (www.QuietProfessionalsLLC.com) is seeking Senior All-source Intelligence Analysts to serve as Counter-Corruption Research & Analysts/ Advisors on a DoD contract working at the direction of the Deputy Director, Counter-Corruption Advisory Group in Afghanistan.  This is a 100% deployed position in Afghanistan, with a minimum one year served in country.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • The contractor will analyze intelligence and reporting for lead development and assist in the generation of Criminal Patronage Network, Corruption Narcotic Network, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Defense requirements for all-source analysis, collection, or exploitation in support of counter corruption mission
  • Perform daily review of intelligence and other incoming reporting for lead development and follow-up
  • Assist in the generation of Criminal Patronage Network (CPN), Corruption Narcotic Network (CNN), Ministry of Interior (MoI), and Ministry of Defense (MoD) requirements (HCRs, IIR evaluations, SDRs etc.) for collection or exploitation in support of counter corruption mission
  • Respond to requests for information from Target Coordination Forward personnel who will be embedded within major subordinate command locations in Afghanistan and assist in limited scope analysis and when, appropriate, provide actionable intelligence from that analysis
  • Liaison with the US Embassy, Resolute Support Headquarters, Inter-governmental agencies, non-governmental agencies, and inter-agency elements
  • Participate in coordination meetings to include targeting VTCs within theater and via CONUS, as required. Develops and maps all criminal patronage, corruption narcotics, corrupt MoI, and corrupt MoD networks for coordination purposes
  • Complete required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment

 

Requirements:

 

·         Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

·         Master’s Degree with 10+ years of All-source Intelligence analytical experience, OR a Batchelor’s Degree with 18+ years of All-source Intelligence analytical experience, OR 22+ years of All-source Intelligence analytical experience with no degree

·         5+ years of experience providing  network analysis of insurgent and/or terrorist financial networks

·         Proficiency using DataExplorer, the Voltron Tool Suite, ANTS, Palantir, Analysts Notebook, ArcGIS, Google Earth, DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET, JWICS, AXIS Pro, WebTAS

·         Previous deployment experience to hostile fire areas serving with US military, Department of State, or law enforcement

·         Be fully deployable to a hostile fire area (Afghanistan)

 

Preferred:

·         Graduate of the DIAC Advanced Counter Threat Finance Course

·         Experience with Counter-Threat Finance methods and tools and expertise

·         Experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF)

·         Experience providing counter-corruption intelligence analysis in Afghanistan
