Edgesource is currently seeking an Exercise Support Specialist to support our USAICoE G6 task efforts in Ft. Huachuca, AZ.

About the Role

The selected candidate will create and execute comprehensive realistic computer based scenarios to train and evaluate military intelligence professionals' ability to exercise the Military Decision Making Process. These exercises emphasize operations within a multi-discipline and multi-echelon Unified Land Warfare environment. A successful candidates’ tasks will include building complete solutions to support overall exercise objectives supporting various military occupation specialties (MOS) programs of instruction and Training Support Packages. You will generate through various simulation and manual systems predefined and dynamic based message traffic, personalities, background reports, and finished intelligence products to portray aspects of the combat environment. You will function in various roles, perform database updates, prepare message routing and verify message delivery, conduct pre-exercise communication exercises, data management, entity control and determination, execute instructor driven operations, respond to requests for information, respond to instructor approved tasking and collection requests, and provide ad-hoc adjustments to facilitate the completion of training objectives. Position requires independent work in applying analysis techniques and procedures to implement simulation requirements. Candidate should be familiar with the United States Message Text Formats (USMTF) for intelligence reporting, able to perform order of battle research, create process documentation, and operate one or more simulation and simulation support systems, conduct systems testing, and modification of simulation databases and systems. Perform basic systems and software troubleshooting. Prepare, maintain and distribute technical and user instructional documentation, develop and document systems requirements, define procedures to be followed, and perform related duties as required or assigned. Shift work is required.

Basic Qualifications:
Four years of related experience.
Intelligence background.
Knowledge of general Order of Battle concepts, terms, and symbology.
Familiarity with ISR collection management.
Candidate must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Preferred qualifications:
Familiar with military intelligence software tools including DCGS-A, Google Earth, ArcPro, & CD1.
Familiar with the United States Message Text Formats (USMTF), and other reporting formats.
Familiar with Simulation systems such as IEWTPT and/or WARSIM
CompTIA Security Plus.
Creative and flexible problem solving skills.
Strong commitment to a team environment.
Capacity to work unsupervised.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
