About the Role

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the raw material and production supply inventory.
Properly document inventory discrepancies to ensure timely adjustments to keep the inventory accurate.
Ensure production materials and supplies are properly staged for production based on the requirements on the production pick ticket and production schedule.
Ensure material and supplies are picked using an RF scanner and pulled using our FIFO protocol.
Properly document materials and supplies dispositioned and distribute completed pick tickets for production.
Set up materials and supplies at each production teamwork center based on the production schedule, ensuring a continuous flow of production.
Confirm materials and supplies staged 48 hours in advance of production schedule.
Validate finished stock is ready for inventory and transfers the product to the warehouse physically and electronically using the RF scanner.
Ensure all productivity, quality, and safety metrics are met.
Proficient in use of WMS system and tools. Able to prepare inventory changes for approval.
Certified in use and maintenance of production equipment needed to receive, replenish, and inventory products, materials, and supplies.
Perform daily inspections and reports needed repairs as directed.
Properly sign out and maintain equipment documentation and records.
Support current processes and ensure our practices support lean manufacturing, are ISO compliant, meet FDA standards, and meet OSHA requirements. Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
Maintain production documentation requirements and foster a paper-free environment.
Maintain clean, sanitary working environment to ensure proper storage and delivery of products as defined in our quality standards.
Provide high quality customer service to all in-house personnel, customers, and vendors.
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 6:00AM-2:30PM

Requirements 

1 year experience in Lean Manufacturing practices and/or other manufacturing practices.
Must be forklift; reach lift, and pallet-jack certified.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand in stationary position for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb ladders to pull products and supplies.
