About the Role

Program Manager to help build our fast-growing government business!

As a program manager, you will lead customer engagements focused on driving innovation in the federal market.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Customer Success & Delivery

Become a trusted advisor and partner for Company government stakeholders as they work to become innovative, agile, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into their missions
Help set and manage customer expectations
Make sure we deliver high quality, value-add work to our customers on time and above expectations
Bring a fresh and innovative approach for client engagement that is true to company customer experience ethos
Develop and manage relationships with senior officials at various stakeholder organizations
Contract Management

Review and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure company is compliant with all customer contracts at all times
Continuously monitor risks and problems in order to propose solutions for fast resolution
Monitor contract spending and deliverables; work closely with leadership and operations to ensure timely invoicing and contracting actions
Business Development

Support the development of proposals to potential customers to ensure our proposed work meets the needs of the customer and captures companies niche
Continuously drive meaningful conversations across your customer base to identify and uncover additional ways we can provide value to their organization and expand our work
Bring a fresh and innovative approach for client engagement that is true to Company customer experience ethos

Requirements 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Experience:
2-5 years of work experience
● Prior experience delivering government-facing client work
● The ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOW
● Strong interest in technology, startups, or government
● An ability to listen to customers and discern needs
● A willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment
● Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● A willingness to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun!
