COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary starting at $107,000 upon experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Provide senior-level Architecture expertise throughout the life cycle of the N2W program, Military Construction project
Perform architectural technical reviews for facility programing, designs, and value engineering to ensure compliance with NGA’s requirements
Provide architectural services that will assist the government in liaising with the US Army Corps, the design and construction agent from NGA
Ensure N2W’s design incorporates appropriate capabilities and technologies to enable compliance with all federal regulations regarding energy conservation and environmental protection
LOCATION
On-site/Hybrid - you must be willing to live within a 45-minute commute of St. Louis, MO
Requirements
Leadership experience in Communication, Design, Project Management, or Construction Documentation
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Energy conservation and project management certification, such as LEED
Current Architectural license from any US state
Willing to relocate or reside in St. Louis, MO
