WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Create and maintain users across different companies and applications.
Work one-on-one with customers on new projects and troubleshoot old projects.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Assist in new customer implementations.
Design, Configure and implement Network and Server infrastructure.
Support ALA IT internal infrastructure.
Work with project managers and clients throughout the life cycle of projects, provide feedback throughout, and communicate and address issues that arise.
Field telephone calls, email communication, and attend meetings.
Attend pre-sales telephone calls and in-person meetings (teleconference), to assist the sales team with technical consultation for opportunities.
Develop clear and professional documentation on implementations and hand-off to support teams/clients at the close of projects.
Rely on extensive knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals

• Willing to Relocate to the Sacramento CA area.
