WHAT YOU'LL DO:
System support & network troubleshooting
Line of business application support
Use of RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools to resolve and troubleshoot.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Must have demonstrated help desk experience.
Experience in dealing with multiple customers a day.
Experience setting up and troubleshooting all versions of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
Experience setting up and troubleshooting Cisco, Sonicwall, Watchguard, HP, and other networking products.
Experience with troubleshooting M365
macOS experience is a plus!
