About the Role

Our client provides Private Equity owned Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses with strategic consulting and subject matter expertise in communications technology design, sourcing, and cost reduction.

•Work directly with Engagement Team to meet the engagement team’s business objectives
•Track and report on tasks, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
•Draft client communications inclusive of email, power point and excel deliverables
•Organize financial materials received, and work with team resources to compile data
•Create and manage client folders and share drives
•Employ the diverse resources available to meet the informational needs of internal team members and clients
•Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and follow-up
•Support the engagement team in capturing call notes and associated follow-on tasks

Technical Competencies
•Must be strong in Microsoft suite of products (Outlook Mail and Calendar, PowerPoint and excel)
•Experience in creating and managing documents in cloud share drive (Sharepoint or similar)

Schedule Overview
Generally, we work between 8 am and 6 pm M-F in the eastern time zone, but you are ultimately in charge of making a schedule that works for you, your projects, and your team. Our clients are located around the world (the majority are in the US), which may require earlier or later meetings depending on your location.

• Comp range $45-$60K base with performance-based incentives

Required Experience and Education:
•+2 years of relevant professional experience
•Undergraduate Degree (Business or IT-related discipline preferred)
•Experience in professional communications crafting and delivery
•Foundation skills in Project management
