The restaurant is Seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Oxon Hill, MD. We are a Farm-to-Table restaurant that wants to have a profoundly positive impact on the way the world eats!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Run day-to-day operations of a farm-to-table restaurant.
Handle training of employees and new hires
P&L, Financials.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
At least 5 years of experience in CORPORATE FAST CASUAL or FULL-SERVICE CHAIN restaurant management at the GM level.
Kitchen operations knowledge, experience, and ability to problem solve and implement solutions.
Experience with training, scheduling, P&L, food, and labor costs.
