Requirements 


Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Three years of professional work experience in small business ownership, marketing, fundraising, and/or event planning.
Knowledge and demonstrated skills to use relevant technology tools, such as Sales Force, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Effective teamwork, networking and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial management, marketing, office procedures, event planning, management, and reporting.
Willingness to attend business functions/activities that occur outside the normal work hours and days.
Ability to provide leadership in planning, organization and event management.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
