Mr. David F. Wills, Senior Program Manager, Computer Sciences Corporation from September 1997 to Present.

Mr. Wills holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from The George Washington University, Washington, DC; a master of Science Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. In addition to TBS, GSOLC, MMO Course, AWS and CSC, he attended the U.S. Army Logistics Executive Development Course. Mr. Wills is a Program Management Professional (PMP®).

Mr. Wills was a career Marine Corps supply officer, he began his career at the Marine Corps Supply Activity, Philadelphia, PA. with subsequent tours at Marine Corps Logistics Support Base, Albany, GA ; 1st Tracked Vehicle Battalion, 3rd Marine Division; Headquarters, G-4, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Corps Air Station El Toro; Executive Officer, Defense Logistics Services Center, Defense Logistics Agency, Battle Creek, MI ; XO, Detachment B, 1st Force Service Support Group, El Toro; and Reserve Affairs Division, Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps.

Mr. Wills transitioned from active duty and became a public education teacher in Fairfax County, VA. He subsequently transitioned to CSC as a logistics functional analyst and currently as a Program Manger supporting the Marine Corps.

Mr. Wills is a Life Member of the Marine Corps Association.
