In Survivability, Targeting & Sensing Solutions, we provide affordable and highly accurate precision-guided munitions, helmet-mounted and head-up displays for fighter aircrafts, and advanced electro-optical/laser technology that detect and defeat threats to air and ground platforms.
The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) leads the performance of multiple disciplines within Supply Chain both directly and indirectly. The Manager will develop, implement, and direct policies, practices, and procedures in accordance with command media. The manager will constantly review the staff for continuous employee growth and is responsible for succession planning. The supply chain manager will drive continuous improvement within the function.
SCM will lead and manage a team of Supply Chain professionals at various experience levels including but not limited to Manufacturing Production Control, Supply Chain Planning, and Master Production Scheduling for assigned programs. Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. The Supply Chain Manager is an escalation point and may facilitate coordination with other supply chain functions such as Procurement, Subcontracts, Logistics, etc.
SCM will assist in planning, developing, and executing corporate training and organizational development plan for Supply Chain personnel. Other people manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: assessing staffing levels, hiring, terminating, coaching, disciplining and leading a diverse set of employees.
The SCM will lead, develop, and implement supply chain strategies for the programs, product lines, and function. This candidate will network with management and team members across the enterprise to drive success.
Required Skills And Education
Typical Education & Experience:
• Understanding of the role of supply chain in complex industries

Assembles parts using fasteners in the build-up of electronic assemblies. Verifies results to ensure conformance with requirements and performs rework as needed. Performs electronic assembly operations such as wire termination, and installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components.
When not performing assembly work, will perform the Inspection role below:
Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds. Uses various measuring devices and testing equipment. Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems. Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.

• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets and other related documentation used for the inspection of components, assemblies and subassemblies.
