EDUCATION

  • Range Safety Inspector
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Graduate of the Range Safety Distance Learning Course (MarineNet).
  • RFMSS Scheduler
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Graduate of the Range Safety Distance Learning Course (MarineNet).
    • Graduate of the RFMSS FA course (preferred).
  • RFMSS Functional Administrator
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Graduate of the Range Safety Distance Learning Course (MarineNet).
    • Graduate of the RFMSS FA course.
    • Graduate of the Inter-Service Range Safety Course.
  • Range Safety Specialist
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Graduate of the Range Safety Distance Learning Course (MarineNet).
    • Graduate of the RFMSS FA course.
    • Graduate of the Inter-Service Range Safety Course.
    • Graduate of the RMTK (or GIS course).
    • Graduate of the Weapon Danger Zone Course (preferred).
    • Graduate of the Air Space Manager Course (preferred).
    • Graduate of the Technical Laser Range Safety Course (preferred).
  • Fire Desk Operator
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Graduate of the Range Safety Distance Learning Course (MarineNet).
    • Graduate of the RFMSS FA course.
    • Graduate of the Inter-Service Range Safety Course.
    • Graduate of the RMTK (or GIS course).
  • GIS Specialist
    • Bachelor’s Degree in GIS or related field.
    • Proficiency in ESRI software applications.
    • Three years’ experience
    • Graduate of the Range Safety Distance Learning Course (MarineNet).
    • Graduate of the Inter-Service Range Safety Course (preferred).

EXPERIENCE

  • Ideal candidates are former military who have experience working in the Range Control community either in uniform or as a contractor.
