Clearance                    Required:  DoD TS/SCI
Quiet Professionals, LLC (www.QuietProfessionalsLLC.com)                  is currently seeking Pattern Analysts to serve on a                  unique, multi-disciplinary team providing incisive,                  mathematically-defined and empirically-measured                  decision support to operational and executive                  leadership regarding quantitatively-derived patterns                  of insurgent, terrorist and other predatory behaviors                  negatively impacting U.S. Forces and their allies to                  enhance effectiveness against threat networks that                  facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices                  (IEDs) or other improvised threats.

The                  Pattern Analysis Team will ensure supported elements                  are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIDO                  processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques and                  Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize                  IEDs or other improvised threats. The Pattern Analyst                  will perform advanced strategic, operational, tactical                  and administrative analysis relating to behavioral,                  spatial and temporal patterns involved in predicting                  specific predatory activity in order to develop                  dynamic and complex analytical solutions to critical                  and hazardous problem sets faced by front-line                  operational personnel. The Pattern Analyst will employ                  a broad range of techniques, tools and perspectives to                  derive precise and accurate predictive analysis,                  translating highly technical findings into coherent                  and direct actionable messages to a broad spectrum of                  JIDO-supported stakeholders, including multidiscipline                  operations/intelligence teams, other elements of the                  DoD, the interagency and coalition partners. The                  Pattern Analyst will operate, manipulate, and manage                  large-scale data efforts supporting the development of                  comprehensive data holdings for the purposes of                  pattern identification, and must have experience in                  managing and manipulating large amounts of data                  existing in numerous and often-conflicting data                  storage systems. The Pattern Analyst will determine                  next-event predictions related to the analyses of                  predatory patterns, and provide comprehensive pattern                  identification of predatory behaviors existing in an                  unconventional and loosely associated or disassociated                  network of actors, fusing their findings with multiple                  intelligence disciplines to support the application of                  operational capabilities in order to facilitate                  disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ                  or facilitate IEDs or other improvised threats.
The Pattern Analyst must possess advanced knowledge of                  spatial statistics, time series techniques and                  mathematical principles required for developing,                  implementing and explaining scientific modeling of                  spatiotemporal behaviors.
Successful applicants will have documented experience                  working with multidisciplinary operations, analytic,                  or intelligence teams in law enforcement or the                  military, and familiarity with other elements of the                  DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The Pattern Analyst must have the ability to                  participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and                  engagements to exchange information, assist in making                  decisions, and/or provide updates.

The                  Pattern Analyst must have the ability to identify and                  analyze problems and generate recommended solutions                  based upon experience working with elements of the                  DoD, interagency and international elements.
