Customer Service Specialist

On a daily basis, this individual will be responsible for working in a professional team environment and performing various duties.

  • *

    Run out of stock report and gather details to perform applicable item allocations

  • *

    Code SLR for all shorted items for accurate customer reporting

  • *

    Arrange, manage, track and log expenses associated with out of stock items

  • *

    Report via Daily Recap shorted items and agreed upon recovery plan

  • *

    Key all auto shipment and product cap requests

  • *

    Provide quotes and manage shipping of all special requests

  • *

    Key all Special Orders into CRM

  • *

    Process credits, price adjustments and returned product

  • *

    Pull required paperwork for PODs during audits

  • *

    Resolve and respond to customer complaints / tickets

  • *

    Other duties and special projects as assigned (as needed)

  • *

    Communication of holiday routes/re-routes – store level

  • * Minimum two years customer service experience in professional office environment
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • * Intermediate computer skills required, ability to work on multiple software platforms
  • * High level of professionalism
  • * High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • * Basic mathematical skills
  • * Strong Customer Service skills
  • * Strong attention to detail and very organized
  • * Problem solving skills
  • * Ability to understand and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers
  • * Able to work independently and as an effective member of a team
  • * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • * Constant attention to detail, requires ongoing alertness and working with frequent interruptions
  • * Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations
  • * Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
