Contract Technical Representative Support

Conduct Contract Technical Representative activities for Navy client through the following areas: RAPT Requests, NET support, HP Service Manager (HPSM) support, NIPR Fileshares, Missing Lost Stolen support, Facility Request Form (FRF) Submissions, HVD and SPM Issues. Create and manage all RAPT requests in the RAPT tool, work with the program office, customers and internal team to move items through the RAPT system, add and manage requests on the newly created JIRA site, manage SPAWAR priorities with NAVIDFOR, manage RAPT rate card priorities, and manage approved priorities with NAVIDAVFOR. Provide NET Support by approving NET MACs in the workflow, assist with NET Buildouts, collaborate with Information Assurance Analyst, approve MACs, create NET MACs for customer and ACTRs that need assistance. Provide HPSM support by approving HPSM MACs in the workflow, creating HPSM MACs for customer and ACTRs that need assistance, and approve deactivation MACS. Monitor and manage NIPR Fileshare system. Escalate necessary tickets and ensure CTR is aware of escalation. Act as point person for SPAWAR, SDAS, SPSC, SSC LANT HVD and SRM issues and escalation issues to appropriate team to resolve. Attend various meetings in support of CTR matters.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ORAssociate’s Degree AND five (5) years of relevant work experience, OR High School Diploma AND eight (8) years of relevant work experience in IT Management
  • CompTIA Security+ is a Plus
  • Knowledge of SPAWAR
