JOB TITLE: CONTINGENT – Chief of Station (CoS)
SUMMARY: The Chief of Station (CoS) will simultaneously deliver training on an as-needed basis, coordinate activities, and support scenario activities, and complete scripted and unscripted exercise tasks in support of an evolving, operationally realistic situation-based training exercise.
WORK LOCATION: Tampa, FL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support scenario- aligned exercise activities.
• Act as the focal point to receive all mission briefings.
• Direct coordination with embassy staff and the Government exercise lead.
• Resides as the sole in-role decision maker for all clandestine or special activities throughout the exercise.
• Work closely with all embassy staff members and the Government staff to supplement mentorship opportunities through an interagency lens during or after all briefs.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience as a US Embassy Chief of Station (CoS) within the past five (5) years.
• Must have experience supporting an exercise of similar scope and size.
• Previously worked closely with embassy staff members and other Government personnel.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess and maintain an active Secret level clearance.
